Fernando Ocampo
Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP), with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Master’s degree in Risk Management from EALDE Business School, as well as postgraduate studies in Economic Regulation at PUCP.
He has completed executive programs in Senior Management (PAD) and Strategic Management (PDE) at the School of Management of the Universidad de Piura, along with other specialized postgraduate courses in corporate law, infrastructure projects, risk management, ESG, compliance, and Legal Operations.
Member of the Lima Bar Association and certified Senior Compliance Officer by the World Compliance Association.
He has held senior executive positions for over 15 years in major multinational companies in sectors such as transport infrastructure, project development, construction, industrial chemicals, and aerospace, leading legal and compliance departments and participating in high-complexity projects and transactions.
Before joining Damma, he was an associate at Arthur Andersen (Lima), Rosselló Law Firm, and Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas Abogados, advising companies from various industries and sectors on corporate law, general transactions, infrastructure projects, financing, economic regulation, and compliance.
He has taught at several universities in Peru (PUCP, Universidad del Pacífico, UPC, and USIL) and has been a speaker on legal matters in various forums both nationally and internationally.
