Eduardo Bedoya


Lawyer from the Catholic Pontifical University of Peru (PUCP). He has vast experience in tax advisory, local and international tax planning, contentious and non-contentious procedures before the Tax Administration and the Tax Court, application of Conventions for the avoidance of Double Taxation, development of tax regulations and Tax Policy.

He has assisted in the negotiation of Conventions for the avoidance of Double Taxation, preparation of the Model Agreement to Avoid Peruvian Taxation, as well as peer review processes in the implementation of the OECD Base Erosion and Profit Shifting Action Plan.

Before he joined the firm, he worked in the International Tax Affairs Directorate of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, he worked as a Lawyer at PGM Auditors & Consultants and he has also carried out his internship in the Transaction Tax area of ​​Ernst & Young.
