Graduate of the Faculty of Law at Universidad del Pacífico, with participation in courses on Banking and Securities Regulation, Accounting and Finance for Lawyers, and Governance and Law in the Student Exchange Program at Tilburg University (2021).
Her practice focuses on banking and financial transactions (loan agreements and their collateral) and capital markets operations (private corporate bond program), as well as reviewing various legal aspects of companies.
Before joining SUMARA Hub Legal, she interned at CMS Grau in the Corporate/M&A and Banking & Finance areas, and at Credicorp Capital Financial Services.
