Lawyer by the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. She is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Finance and Corporate Law at ESAN Graduate School of Business. Member of the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law (IPDT) and of the Lima Bar Association.
He has experience in tax advice on issues related to tax planning, as well as in processes of acquisition of operating companies, financings and corporate reorganizations. He advises on the tax aspects that affect the economic activities developed in the country (both in direct and indirect taxes).
Likewise, he has experience in legal advice in tax audits initiated by the tax authorities and tax litigation proceedings.
