Maria Fernanda Vila

Lawyer from Universidad de Lima. She has completed specialization programs in Corporate Law at Universidad de Lima and in Data Privacy and Technology at Harvard University. She is a member of the Lima Bar Association.

She has extensive experience advising local and international companies on the structuring and implementation of corporate and contractual frameworks for their operations in Peru, including market entry, investment rounds, and capital markets transactions. Her practice also emphasizes the design of regulatory compliance strategies, with a particular focus on personal data protection.

Her professional background includes strategic legal advice to startups and companies undergoing accelerated growth and internationalization processes. She served as a Board Member of ADV Editores, the civil association responsible for publishing the legal journal ADVOCATUS.

Before joining the Firm, she worked as an associate at Sumara Hub Legal and as a legal trainee in the corporate departments of Barrios & Fuentes and C&C Abogados.
