Mauricio Dulanto

Lawyer from the University of Lima in Law and Politic Science. He has vast experience in general tax advisory, contentious and non contentious procedures before de Peruvian Tax Administration and the Tax Court, recovery of invested capital, tax structuring, due diligence procedures, review of tax obligations compliance and audits.

Before he joined the Firm, he was associate of CDA Lawyers and staff in Ernst & Young. In addition, he was on an internship at the tax area of Payet, Rey, Cauvi, and Perez Lawyers and at the procedural area of Olaechea Law Firm.
