Bachelor of Laws from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Labor and Social Security Law at the same university.
He has experience advising on individual and collective labor relations, with a focus on labor consulting and administrative labor proceedings.
His professional practice includes the design of defense strategies for inspections conducted by SUNAFIL (Peru’s labor authority), as well as technical and regulatory analysis of labor obligations, and contingency management.
