Lucas Pilco

Graduate of Universidad Católica San Pablo, ranking first in his class with a specialization in Corporate and International Law. He complemented his education with Philosophy studies at Universidad Nacional de San Agustín de Arequipa and the Specialization Program in Investment Management and Capital Markets offered by the Lima Stock Exchange (BURSEN – BVL).

He has experience in corporate advisory for fintechs and startups, as well as in digital assets and innovation.

Winner of the Startup Perú 12G competition in the Innovative Entrepreneurship category (ProInnóvate). Member of the Young Leaders Network of the Instituto Peruano de Economía (IPE) and the International Bar Association.

He completed internships at Damma Legal Advisors (Fin&Tech), Payet, Rey, Cauvi & Pérez —Corporate—, and SUNAT ITI-Arequipa —Audit Division—.
