Antonio Vilcamiza Flores
Lawyer from the Universidad de San Martín de Porres, with a specialization in Competition and Regulatory Law. He has completed a Master’s Degree in Business Law at the same institution and holds additional specialization studies in Public Procurement, Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), and Public Investment from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, as well as in Works for Taxes (Obras por Impuestos) from the Universidad Continental and the Alliance for Works for Taxes (ALOXI).
He also participated in the 11th Course on Regulation and Competition organized by the University of Valladolid (Spain).
He has professional experience providing legal advice in regulatory, administrative, and contractual matters to public service concessionaire companies in the transport infrastructure and energy sectors. He has actively participated in the development of Public-Private Partnerships, Asset Projects, and Works for Taxes initiatives, offering comprehensive legal support throughout all stages of structuring and execution.
Before joining Damma Legal Advisors, he served as in-house counsel at major concessionaire companies such as Aeropuertos del Perú S.A. (First Group of Regional Airports), Lima Expresa S.A.C. (Línea Amarilla Project), and Contugas S.A.C. (Natural Gas Distribution System by Pipeline Network in the Department of Ica).
