Gabriela Cuadros

Lawyer by the University of Lima, she holds a Master in Corporate Legal Consultancy (LL.M.) from IE Law School. She is member of the Lima Bar Association.

She has extensive experience in transactional advisory. With more than 20 years of experience in the structuring and negotiation of corporate financing transactions in various sectors of the economy, financing of infrastructure projects, as well as in the structuring of trusts and other financial vehicles.

She also has experience in corporate matters, venture capital, and leading legal due diligence.

Before joining the Firm, she served as director of Sumara Hub Legal (2020–2023). Previously, she was a principal associate at Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría, where she developed her career since 2009.

She is an active member of the Peruvian Chapter of the Women in the Profession Program – WIP Peru, within the framework of the program promoted by the Cyrus R. Vance Center for International Justice.
